At GlowTek, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's what you need to know:

Delivery Area
We currently ship within Pakistan only.

Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of [Rs. 199] or FREE applies to all orders, regardless of order size or destination within Pakistan.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation. For Cash on Delivery orders, processing begins immediately. For Bank Deposit orders, processing begins once payment confirmation is received.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery.

Delays
While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, factors like weather, courier delays, or high order volumes may occasionally affect delivery. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any delays occur.
